- For next-day reservations after 6:00 PM, please call us after
7:00 AM the next morning at 070-2218-5599.

- After confirming your input, we will contact you with confirmation or schedule adjustment details.
- Depending on your request, we may ask for changes.
- Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until we contact you with a confirmation.

- Tours may be canceled due to bad weather or high waves for safety reasons.

Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions outline important rules for using our services. Please read and agree to them before making a reservation or participating in our tours.
Reservations and Contract
- Your reservation is confirmed and the contract is finalized when you receive a "Reservation Confirmation Email" from us.
Cancellation Policy
Regular Reservations
- Cancellations made by the day before: No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Same-day cancellations (including late arrivals or no-shows): The full tour fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Private Charter Cancellations
- Cancellations made 7 days in advance: No cancellation fee will be charged.
- Cancellations made within 6 days of the tour: The full tour fee will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Payment of Cancellation Fees
- We will send you an invoice email with our bank account details. Please make the payment within 5 days.
- If payment is not confirmed, we may proceed with legal action.
On the Day of the Tour
- Please arrive 20 minutes before departure time for check-in and preparation.
- If you arrive late, it will be treated as a cancellation and a cancellation fee will apply.
- If you have requested pick-up and arrive late, it will also be treated as a cancellation.
Tour Cancellations
- If the tour cannot be operated safely due to weather conditions (strong wind, high waves, heavy fog, etc.), it will be canceled based on the decision of the “Blue Cave Association.”
- In the event of cancellation, the full tour fee will be refunded.
- However, we are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs.
Disclaimer
- We are not responsible for any wet or soiled clothing.
- High-heeled shoes are not allowed on board.
- We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or water damage to mobile phones, cameras, or other devices.
- We are not liable for any accidents that occur in the parking area.
Insurance
- Insurance is included in the tour fee. Please check the details separately.
Other Requests
- You will be asked to fill out a “Passenger List” at check-in.
- Your personal information will be handled appropriately in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
